Canada tops the ranking of countries where everyone wants to work
Researchers analyzed the search queries of people around the world.
Givetastic examined the average monthly frequency of Google searches for keywords like "job" and "work" around the world. Of course, they also used translations of the words in different languages. And turned out that people are looking for jobs abroad in droves!
Researchers collected data on 164 countries, in each identifying the most popular destination — that is, in which country most often residents of these states are looking for jobs. The result was a large rating of dream countries for work and life. Moreover, the number of those wishing to move around the world was not evenly distributed.
So, the first place with a big gap took Canada. Here residents of 56 different countries are looking for work, which is 34.1% of the total number! Residents of the following countries dream of moving to Canada with a work permit:
Afghanistan, Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Bangladesh, Belize, Burundi, Cameroon, Cameroon, Colombia, Congo, Costa Rica, Côte d'Ivoire, DR Congo, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Gambia, Ghana, Guatemala, Guyana, Honduras, India, Kenya, Kuwait, Mauritania, Venezuela, Madagascar, Malawi, Maldives, Chile, Maldives, Ecuador, El Salvador, Ethiopia, Mexico, Morocco, Nepal, Nicaragua, Niger, Nigeria, Panama, Philippines, Seychelles, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Singapore, Somalia, South Africa, South Korea, South Africa, Tanzania, Togo, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Uganda, USA, Zambia, Zimbabwe.
In second place after Canada in terms of desirability is Germany, where residents of 13 countries, including Ukraine, Georgia, Poland and Moldova, want to go to work.
And closing the top three is the rich Arab country of Katar, where residents of 11 countries from Egypt to Iraq dream of moving to.
