Federal job fair in Jonquiere

A chance to find a job for everyone in Quebec.

The Canada Revenue Agency, in collaboration with several other federal employers, is organizing a job fair at the Jonquière Tax Centre. This is a neighborhood of the Saguenay agglomeration in the province of Quebec. The event will take place on Saturday, November 18 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at 2251 René-Lévesque Boulevard.

Anyone interested will be able to meet with the following employers:

  • Canada Border Services Agency (looking for officer trainees);
  • Shared Services Canada (the agency responsible for providing information technology services to federal government departments) — they need IT professionals;
  • the Normandin Research Farm of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada;
  • the Régiment du Saguenay (need men both in infantry and administration);
  • Canada Revenue Agency.

Job seekers will be able to access a variety of job opportunities (customer service, data entry, science, information technology, and more), meet with employers, and ask any questions they may have. All candidates should bring their ID and resumé in both electronic and paper format to be able to apply on-site.
