All draws included candidates who created an Expression of Interest profile between July 2, 2025, and March 23, 2026, and met the requirements of their specific stream.
Only candidates who received an invitation on March 25, 2026, can apply. The process involves two stages:
- the employer submits an application through the Employer Portal within 14 calendar days;
- the candidate submits an application through the OINP e-Filing Portal within 17 calendar days.
Starting July 2, 2025, job approval applications are submitted only through the Employer Portal. Only candidates whose employers have registered an offer through the system and have registered EOI profiles are considered.
Compared to the previous draw, this new round was entirely focused on employer job offer streams and had a strong regional focus.
