Canada conducted a new Express Entry draw for candidates with Canadian experience

The number of invitations remained the same, but the passing score became lower.

On March 17, 2026, the Canadian government held a new Express Entry draw for candidates with Canadian work experience under the Canadian Experience Class category.

4,000 people received invitations to apply for permanent residence. The minimum passing score in the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) was 507. This score remained virtually unchanged compared to the previous draw, indicating stable requirements for candidates in this category.

For comparison, in the previous draw on March 3, 2026, the minimum score was 508, and 4,000 people also received invitations. So the passing threshold dropped by 1 point, while the number of invitations remained the same.
