Canada conducted a new Express Entry draw for the Canadian Experience Class category

Candidates with Canadian work experience received invitations for permanent residence.

On March 3, 2026, the Canadian government held a new selection round in the Express Entry system for candidates with Canadian work experience under the Canadian Experience Class category.

4,000 people received invitations to apply for permanent residence. The minimum cut-off score in the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) was 508. Since the beginning of 2026, the Canadian Experience Class category has shown a gradual decrease in the cut-off score, and in this new round, the score remained at the same level, which may indicate a stabilization of requirements.

For comparison, in the previous draw on February 17, 2026, the minimum score was also 508, but 6,000 people received invitations. So the cut-off threshold stayed the same, while the number of invitations dropped by 2,000.
