  • The employer must submit an application for job offer approval through the Employer Portal by January 5, 2026;
  • The candidate must submit their own application through the OINP e-Filing Portal by January 8, 2026.
Starting July 2, 2025, all job offer approval applications are submitted only through the new Employer Portal. Only candidates whose employers have processed the offer through the system and whose EOI profiles are successfully registered are considered.
