Another Express Entry draw for French-speaking candidates
The minimum score has dropped again, opening up new immigration opportunities.
On November 28, 2025, Canada held a new category-based Express Entry draw targeting candidates with French language skills. This time, 6,000 people received invitations to apply for permanent residence, once again confirming the country's strong interest in French-speaking professionals.
The minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score was 408. Compared to the previous draw held on October 29, 2025, the requirements dropped again: back then, the minimum score was 416, and 6,000 candidates received invitations.

The lower cutoff score makes this round particularly favorable for those who speak French. As a reminder, the lowest score for this category was recorded on March 21 of this year at 379 points. This is a great opportunity for candidates considering moving to Canada through Express Entry.
