Canada invited one thousand candidates with Canadian work experience
The passing score became lower than in the previous selection.
On November 26, Canada held a new Express Entry draw, inviting candidates with work experience under the Canadian Experience Class category.
1,000 people received invitations to apply for permanent residence. The minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score was 531. Compared to the previous draw on November 12, 2025, the score dropped slightly by 2 points, while the number of invitations remained the same. This shows the continued appeal of the Canadian Experience Class stream and strong competition among candidates.

How does the Express Entry system work?
Express Entry is an online platform through which Canada selects candidates for permanent residence under three federal programs:
- Federal Skilled Worker Program for skilled professionals;
- Canadian Experience Class for those who have already worked in Canada;
- Federal Skilled Trades Program for skilled trades workers.
CRS points are awarded for several factors: age, education, English or French language proficiency, professional and Canadian experience, marital status, and adaptability.
