Niagara Falls University launches three new master's programs
Training in high-demand fields will begin in 2026. Programs are available in in-person, online, and hybrid formats.
Recently, University of Niagara Falls (UNF) announced the launch of three new master's programs focused on in-demand skills and real needs of the Canadian job market.
What programs are launching
- Master of Arts in Applied Social Psychology — starting January 2026;
- Master of Computer Science in Applied Artificial Intelligence — starting fall 2026;
- Master of Health Care Management — also starting September 2026.
All three programs take about 18 months to complete and are available in different formats: on-campus in Niagara Falls, online, and hybrid.
Who it's for
Applied Social Psychology (MA)
As automation and AI transform job roles, "human-centered" skills become more valuable: communication, leadership, and emotional intelligence. This program focuses on applied behavioral research and designing interventions to improve team effectiveness, service quality, and community well-being in the digital economy.
Computer Science in Applied AI (MCS)
Growing demand for machine learning specialists, AI engineers, and AI management professionals is outpacing supply. This program combines advanced technical training with practical focus and aims to build the skills that Canadian employers are looking for.
Health Care Management (MHM)
Canada's healthcare system is under strain: long wait times, primary care shortages, and staff burnout. This program prepares managers for clinics and healthcare organizations who can implement digital solutions, streamline processes, and improve quality of care.
