The minimum passing score increased to 613.

On June 12, 2025, the province of Manitoba conducted a new draw for foreign skilled workers under the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP).

In this draw, 36 candidates received invitations to apply for permanent residence through the strategic recruitment initiative. This means their profiles matched the province's priorities and they received direct invitations from the MPNP.

The minimum score required under Manitoba's assessment system was 613 points. The draw also included 5 candidates with valid profiles in the federal Express Entry system. These candidates may have a faster path to permanent residence due to expedited application processing.

Compared to the previous round on May 29, the minimum score has slightly increased, which may indicate growing competition among participants or changes in selection criteria.

Manitoba continues to implement its targeted candidate selection strategy, aimed at addressing skilled labor shortages in key sectors of the province's economy.
