Canada conducted a new Express Entry draw for provincial nominees

The passing score turned out to be higher than in the previous selection round.

On June 2, Canada held a new draw in the Express Entry system, targeting candidates with provincial nominations. As a result, 277 people received invitations for permanent residence.

The minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score was 726. This is higher than in the previous similar draw, which may indicate a more limited number of available invitations or increased competition.

Candidates with provincial nominations receive an additional 600 points to their overall CRS score. Therefore, to reach the minimum score, they only need to earn 126 points in other criteria such as age, education, language skills, work experience, and adaptability to life in Canada.
