Prince Edward Island increased the number of invitations

The immigration draw for candidates in priority sectors became the largest in 2025.

On April 17, the province of Prince Edward Island held a new immigration draw under its provincial program PEI PNP. A total of 168 invitations were sent to candidates working in priority economic sectors. This is the largest draw since the beginning of the year.

As in previous rounds, invitations were sent to candidates from four streams:

Officials noted that the main focus was on candidates who have been living and working on the island for at least one year, as well as graduates from the University of Prince Edward Island, Holland College, and Collège de l'Île.

Compared to the previous draw on March 20, the number of invitations has significantly increased, which may indicate a growing demand for workers in the local job market.

Stay tuned for news about provincial draws to keep up with new selections and immigration opportunities!
