British Columbia conducted a selection for entrepreneurs

Invitations were sent to candidates with business experience who plan to invest in the province's economy.

On April 15, British Columbia held its latest immigration draw under the Entrepreneur Program.

In this draw, 5 candidates received invitations to apply for permanent residence through the Base Category.

The minimum score required remained unchanged at 115 points, the same as in the previous draw held on March 18.

The Base Category is designed for experienced entrepreneurs who:

  • have business management experience;
  • have a personal net worth of at least CAD $600,000;
  • are willing to invest a minimum of CAD $200,000 in the province's economy.

The minimum score in the points system is calculated based on various factors, including:

  • business and management experience;
  • investment amount;
  • business plan;
  • English or French language proficiency.

British Columbia continues to support business immigrants by attracting investments to the region's economy and creating conditions for sustainable entrepreneurship.

Keep track of the draw history to stay updated on the latest opportunities for moving to Canada!
