- In the web app under "My eSIMs" section, you'll see a QR code with settings. It was also sent to your email.
- If you have iOS 17.4 or newer, the process is super simple: scan this settings QR code, tap "Install eSIM" — and everything happens automatically.
- On Android and older iOS versions, you also scan the QR code, but then take a few steps in settings.
- Now your eSIM is ready to use.
If your device doesn't recognize QR codes from its own screen, you have two options: scan the QR code from another device's screen or enter the settings manually. The settings are written next to the QR code. Where to enter them is shown in the instructions.

Step 1. Prepare for eSIM installation
Before installing eSIM, make sure your internet connection is stable. QR codes and manual installation codes can only be used once, so be ready to complete the installation fully.
Step 2. Installation methods
eSIM installation methods may differ depending on whether you're using an iPhone or Android phone.
iPhone devices have three eSIM installation methods:

- Choose your local SIM card as the line to use with your Apple ID for iMessage and FaceTime. After selecting, tap "Continue".
- Choose Just eSIM as the line for mobile data and tap "Continue".

- Go back to Cellular

- Open Settings on your device.
- Go to Connections and select SIM manager.
- Turn on Just eSIM.
- Tap Mobile data and select Just eSIM as your data SIM card.
- Go back to Connections and open Mobile networks.
- Turn on Data roaming.
- Go back to Connections again and open Data usage.
- Make sure Mobile data for Just eSIM is enabled.
