Sheridan College recognizes that tuition fees can be an additional burden for international students, so they offer the Sheridan Global Advantage Award of $2,000 CAD to international applicants who enroll by September 15, 2025. This scholarship is automatically awarded to those who meet the admission criteria. Notification of the exact scholarship amount comes with the acceptance letter, and the money is immediately credited to the account.

Campus Locations and Accommodation

The college campuses are located in three cities in Ontario.

Davis Campus — the largest of the three — is located in Brampton. This campus hosts programs in medicine, community services, engineering, and technology. The campus was named after the college's founder, William G. Davis. The Hazel McCallion Campus is located in the heart of Mississauga, Canada's sixth-largest city. Admission Requirements

To enroll in certificate, diploma, and bachelor's programs, applicants need a high school diploma. For post-graduate certificate programs, a completed undergraduate degree is required.

Depending on the specific program, there may be additional requirements such as a portfolio, a certain GPA, or experience in specific subjects.

International students must be proficient in English, demonstrating skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking. This can be proven through international English language test results. The minimum IELTS score for admission to Sheridan is 6.0 for certificate and diploma programs (with no band below 5.5) and 6.5 for bachelor's and post-graduate certificate programs (with no band below 6.0). The college also accepts results from tests such as Cambridge, Duolingo, PTE Academic, and TOEFL.
