British Columbia conducted a targeted selection

The province needs specialists in technology, health care and child care.

On June 21, B.C. invited professionals in the province's right professions to apply for nominations. Among the nominees:

The province sent out a total of 125 invitations in this selection. See the table below for the passing score.

Profession Minimum score Categories
Technical experts 85 Skilled Worker, International Graduate (including those registered with Express Entry)
Health care professionals 60 Skilled Worker, International Graduate, Entry Level and Semi-Skilled (including those registered with Express Entry)
Early childhood educators and assistants 60 Skilled Worker, International Graduate (including those registered with Express Entry)

B.C.'s previous drawing was held June 14, at which time the above specialists, veterinarians and other candidates were invited as part of the general selection process. Follow provincial selection history to make sure you don't miss your chance.
