⚠️

Immigration advice should come from a licensed professional

Incorrect information or omitted facts can lead to a finding of misrepresentation and serious immigration consequences. Our consultations are conducted by Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs).

Frequently Asked Questions

Which consultant should I choose?β–Ό
Choose Oleksandr if getting an earlier appointment is a priority, or if you need general immigration planning, temporary status guidance or humanitarian advice. Choose Ivanna for complex cases, previous refusals or a detailed family strategy. Both are licensed RCICs and offer consultations in English.
How long should I book?β–Ό
Thirty minutes is suitable for one or two focused questions. Choose 45 minutes for a broader assessment. A 60-minute consultation is recommended when you are starting from scratch, comparing several pathways, planning as a family or dealing with a complex history.
In what currency should I pay for the consultation?β–Ό
We are a Canadian company and accept payment in Canadian dollars. You may choose another available payment currency during booking. If your card is in a different currency, your bank will handle the conversion.
On what date can I make an appointment?β–Ό
When you make an appointment for a consultation, a calendar with available dates will show up. There is usually an appointment a few weeks in advance, so just scroll through the weeks and pick a time that suits you.
What time zone do the consultations take place in?β–Ό
Don't worry about the time! The calendar should show in your time zone by default, and you can change it if necessary.
Can my spouse attend?β–Ό
Yes. We encourage spouses or partners to attend together because immigration strategy often depends on both profiles. There is no additional charge for your spouse joining the same call.
What is the process of consultation?β–Ό
The consultation takes place in Zoom. The app can be installed on your computer, phone, or tablet. Zoom calls are free. Before the consultation begins, you will receive an email and SMS with a link to the video call.
Will you complete immigration forms during the call?β–Ό
No. The consultation is for strategy, eligibility assessment and professional advice. Form preparation and document work are provided under a separate service agreement.
Do you provide full immigration representation after the consultation?β–Ό
Yes, where we are able to accept the case. If you decide to retain our company, we can prepare and manage the immigration application under a separate retainer agreement.
Can I cancel the consultation after paying for it?β–Ό
No, according to the contract you will sign before you pay, all payments are final, and no refunds are possible.
Can I reschedule the consultation?β–Ό
Yes, but you must give at least 24 hours' advance notice. Email us at mail@immigrant.today
Do you consult on immigration to Quebec?β–Ό
